When will my order ship?
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. In November and December, we typically ship orders the next business day. We ship from Colorado, therefore extreme winter weather might delay our shipping schedule.
Outside of November and December, orders typically ship in 1-2 business days.
When will I receive my order?
Orders ship via USPS with tracking; all Official Elf Kits ship USPS Priority Mail. You will receive the tracking number after the order ships. We ship from Highlands Ranch, Colorado and orders typically arrive in 2-4 business days. Since we typically ship during the busy and possibly snowy time of year, there can be delays during shipping.
If you need a faster delivery service than USPS, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you to find the fastest shipping method at the lowest cost.

The North Pole Kids' Club Kit is used in the days and weeks before Christmas. To be sure your little elves receive their kits before Christmas Eve, please order no later than December 18, 2017.

Shipping is free! All orders ship USPS with tracking, and Official Elf Kits ship USPS Priority Mail.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please contact us at email@example.com if there is an issue with your order.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will either refund your money or replace the damaged items. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss what works best for you.
If you would like to return an unopened, non-damaged item that was received as ordered, we will refund your order if we receive it within 30 days of your purchase. In this case, you cover the shipping costs to send it back to us. Please contact us at email@example.com before making a return.
